  • the state of icon in my console displays it with an online status

    I have an installed PC, but when the machine is turned off, the state of icon in my console displays it with an online status. Why? I think that could be a mistake, because if I can’t connect to this PC, I don’t know if it’s turned off or there is a problem. Thx.

  • there is no difference at the machine icon when the machine is online or offline

    At the NTRsupportPRO console there is no difference at the machine icon when the machine is online or offline. However, when you attempt to connect to the machine and it’s offline, a pop-up message will appear at the systray icon saying “the connection could not be established because the machine is offline”.
