I have the same problem when i try to enter my account from ie8 or ff.
I can login, but when the window where the remote system must show opens, i only get a black image with the ntrconnect menu above. I try to refresh, but nothing happens.
When using the 'exe' file that i download using firefox i have the same result, but on the window title i get the message 'autorizando' in spanish means authorithing, but i already inserted all the passwords...
I have changed the ie settings as
We're seeing increasing difficulty initiating remotes via Session Assignments. It had been sporadic but now occurs often enough to be a serious and recurring daily problem.
Symptoms when it fails initially:
- Open a session. Email a link or have the client go to our web page link. Access method has no effect.
- Client Runs + Runs
- Client is prompted for a session code and enters it.
- Client sees the "Connecting" window.
- "Launch Remote Control" w
The initial remote control session is created under the admin account all our modules are downloaded and run under the admin account. If we then change to another user account our modules simply don't have permissions to be executed.
For this we have created the admin login, when you preform a remote control the first of the choices you have are Administer customer´s computer
Simply enter the admin credential
Hi everyone,
Is there a setting or something I can do differently that will prevent a session from disconnecting when logging out of an account? There have been several occasions where I am logged in as an administrator to make a change and need the user to login to make sure the change works. If I log out of the admin account, I get booted out of the session. The user can go to our site and reconnect, but this seems inconvenient. Any ideas?
Thanks!

Hi Jac,
In SaaS there's a set of predefined ports that we use: 21, 80, 110, 443 and 11438. In terms of speed/latency there's not a lot of difference between them (unless you or your customer have everything closed and we need to do http or ssl wrapping).
Depending on how your network (and your customer's) is set up you might get a bit of an advantage using 11438 since it's less likely that port scanning is going on there. But again, it depends on how the network is configured.

One small correction cwilson :)
You have entered the link of the NTRsupport integration all right, but it should be noted that users can't use the link you posted (as that one belongs to your account and operator!!).
So in the first step, the code that must be used is the one you can find in your administrator console, Integration menu, Interactive Signature submenu.
I know it may sound obvious for some, but newbies are surely going to be mislead by this
In order to access computers installed in your NTRadmin account from a PDA/PPC, it's mandatory that those computers are placed into the My Favorites section. Computers not marked as favorites won't be visible from the PPC device.
To add a computer to My Favorites go to the Computers tab in the left side menu, rightclick on the selected computer and go to Add to My Favorites.

This login error appears when you try to access NTRsupport with invalid user or password at least 3 times. For security reason when it happen your account is blocked for 15 minutes. You can unblock your account accesing to NTRsupport administrator console in the "Configure Security" menu, or just wait 15 minutes

Our team and a number of NTRmeeting users experienced a problem with Firefox 3 on Windows. When using Firefox 3 with an existing installation of Firefox 2, i.e. both browsers Firefox 2 and Firefox 3 are installed on the same computer or user account, the NTRmeeting lobby screen may not be loaded when entering a meeting (resulting in a blank screen).
The problem with a joined installation of both Firefox 2 and Firefox 3 browsers is that the Flash plugin will not work properly due to an erron
