This option can be configured implementing surveys, where your customer is asked for the type of operator that is related to his requirements. The survey must be configured at: administrator console > Configure Surveys > Survey Management > Add Survey. The survey type must be PRE (pre-conversation).

The number of concurrent conversations for an operator can be set up from its default of 3 to a value between 1 and 5.
To do so, just logon into your NTR Support administrator console and follow those steps:
1. In the left hand side panel, under "Configure Operators", open "Operator list"
2. In the main window, choose the operator you want to manage, right click, and choose "Configure Data"
3. In the load of options you got there, find "Incoming call
