You can do that throught the "+" symbol in the right corner of the presentation area. Pressing the plus symbol enlarges the presentation area and screen sharing area to full screen. By pressing the '-' symbol again the presentation area will scale down to multi-window size.
I miss the ability for the participants to go to full screen mode to view training sessions. I.e. cannot hide the other components.
To change the participant's access right, you can just invite the paricipant as "Moderator" or as a normal user from within a web meeting using the invite participant button (the button with the letter icon).
You can also make participants to moderators and vice versa in the conference administration. Just check or un-check the boxes "Moderator" in the participants list.
In NTRmeeting Web meetings, up to 42 moderators can moderate the meeting. NTRmeeting moderators are participants with the right to host the meeting and to present.
If you want to have additional moderators for the meeting types "Instant" and "Brodcast", you need to join the meeting before you can invite moderators (or other participants). Just click the invite by email button. The button is the orange button to the left with the mail box icon. You can also ch
There are two different ways to share a fullscreen view in a NTRmeeting conference on a windows computer. You can either share certain windows or the full screen, which is done by right clicking on the orange NTRmeeting icon of the client on the bottom right side of the task bar with the option "share fullscreen". In Linux and OSX screen sharing is only available in full screen mode.
With NTRmeeting Channels we provide permanent meeting-rooms. Just activate the check-box "Permanent" when you create a new Meeting or simply click on "Modify Meeting" to edit an existing meeting. You can create as much permanent meeting-rooms as you have NTRmeeting Channels.
Please log-in on www.ntrglobal.com/ntrmeeting, click on "My account" and enter your license key.
You can make an archived meeting available for your participants by using the NTRmeeting "Publish"-Feature. Your participants then can watch recordings or download the files you used in the meeting. Follow these steps to publish one of your archived meetings:
1. Log-in to your NTRmeeting Account.
2. Click on "My Meetings".
3. Go to "Archive".
4. Scroll to the meeting you want to publish and click on the drop-down-menu "Meeting actions". Choose "Publ
In case you experience an acoustic echo when using NTRmeeting, please use an earphone, a headset or a conference speaker, e.g. a Yamaha PJP Project Phone
An acoustic echo appears when using VoIP and your microphone or your attendees microphone picks up the sound of the loudspeaker. Therefore try to avoid using the built-in loudspeaker (especially when using a notebook).
You should also switch on the build-in acoustic echo cancellation in order to reduce the acoustic
We use NTRmeeting web meetings with various webcams, headsets, and conference speakers. In particular we recommend webcams from Logitech, headsets from Plantronics and conference speakers from Yamaha.
Webcams:
Logitech QuickCam® Vision Pro
Logitech QuickCam® Pro 9000
QuickCam® for Notebooks
The Logitech Vision Pro also has an echo canceling built-in conference microphone (USB). Under Windows please consider to install the webcam driver only and not the opti
On some Windows laptops (HP and Lenovo), built-in audio cards may loop back audio, meaning that the signal coming out from the audio output directly goes into the microphone input. This may cause echo. The solution has been to use an USB headset, a USB audio adapter (10$ cost), or a speakerphone (Yamaha PJP). Please carefully check the Volume Control Settings to make sure that Audio Mix is disabled in the recording settings and Mic/Line-In is disabled in the playback settings.
With NTRmeeting most, if not all USB cameras will work without problems.
Using FireWire (i.LINK, IEEE 1394 interface):

For presentations/lectures in an auditorium or for live broadcasts a professional video camera should be used instead of a USB camera.
With Apple Mac computers digital video (DV) cameras can be directly connected using the FireWire port (DV output). For more information about FireWire see
